Welcome to the first annual OUTright’s Amazing Race in Hickory, NC!  We appreciate your partnership and are looking forward to a fun and successful event with you!

 

We are inviting food and dessert trucks, as well as local breweries and wineries to take part in this fun community event.  To reserve your space, please provide a completed vendor application.  Upon receipt, you will be provided with confirmation of your participation along with a vendor packet providing additional details and instructions for the day of the event.

 

Event spaces are available for food trucks and local breweries and wineries at no cost (truck or booth) for the day of the event.

 

NOTE: Vendors will be required to provide a Department of Health Permit and a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming OUTright Youth of Catawba Valley as an additional insured; you will also need to sign a “Hold Harmless” Agreement.
